My name is Bülent Oren, though most tourists know me as Billy.
I work at SALT & PEPA on the Marmaris beachfront. Originally,
I’m from İlyaslar, Kırkağaç, Manisa—a town known for its olives,
melons, and grapes. Every summer, I return to help on my
